LEASE PROGRAM
 
We are pleased to be offering some of our wonderful lesson horses for lease.  Below you find the three leasing options that we are now offering.  All of our Lease Program horses have proved to be great lesson horses and when paired with a compatible rider, we have no doubt that they also prove to be a great equine partner.  You will have full access to the rings, wash stall and tack room.  As you may know, Carousel is located on 217 acres of beautiful trails, which you will be able to utilize with your horse.

Leasing Options:
 
        1 DAY LEASE: $120/month which allows 1 ride a week.  Use of Carousel tack and grooming supplies and all horse maintenance costs are covered.
 
       2 DAY LEASE: $240/month which allows 2 rides a week.  Use of Carousel tack and grooming supplies and all horse maintenance costs are covered.
 
        HALF LEASE: $350/month which allows three rides a week.  Use of Carousel tack and grooming supplies and all horse maintenance costs are covered.
 
        FULL LEASE: $600/month which allows unlimited use of the leased horse and use of Carousel tack and grooming supplies and all horse maintenance costs are covered.
 
Additional Information:
 
         · Lessee can visit leased horse at any time and groom, bath or graze their leased horse (you will need to coordinate these days if horse is being leased by more than one person)
        · You may take lessons on your leased horse on your specified lease day or schedule lessons on another day.  If you do schedule a lesson on another day, you will not be guaranteed to get your Leased horse but will be assigned a horse equal to your riding level.  Taking a lesson a day other than your leased day will allow you an additional day of riding that week!  Of course, if your horse is available, you will ride your leased horse in your lesson.
         ·  You may schedule as many lessons as you wish (lessons are not required or you may take as many as you feel you need).
       · All horses in the Lease Program will have Mondays off 
    
 
Riding Lesson Options for Lessees:
 
Group Lesson (one hour)             $50 (max. 4 students)
Private (30 minute lesson):         $50 (1 student)
